CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation of Product:

Customers may cancel their orders prior to the order reaching the "Quality Check" status.

Prepaid Orders:

Before Quality Check:

  • Cancellations will incur a 3% deduction of the invoice or order value (whichever is higher) towards payment processing charges.

  • An additional 9% cancellation fee will be applied.

After Quality Check:

  • Cancellations are allowed but will incur deductions for:

  • Logistics charges (forward and return shipping)

  • Restocking fees

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Customers may cancel the order before it is processed and reaches the "Quality Check" stage.

  • Cancellations after the "Quality Check" status or refusal to accept delivery will result in:

    • Restriction or removal of future COD order privileges
