RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Beautefly, we aim to provide high-quality beauty products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing an order.

No Return Policy

All products purchased from Beautefly are not eligible for returns due to hygiene and safety reasons related to beauty and personal care products.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchange only in case the customer receives the wrong product.

If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, you may request an exchange within 48 hours of delivery.

Unboxing Video Requirement

To be eligible for an exchange, customers must provide a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video showing:

  • The sealed package before opening

  • The entire unboxing process

  • The product received inside the package

The video must be recorded without cuts or edits from the moment the package is opened.

If an unboxing video is not provided, we will not be able to process the exchange request.

Product Condition

To qualify for exchange, the product must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Include original packaging and labels

  • Not be damaged due to misuse by the customer

Exchange Process

Once your request is verified, our team will guide you through the exchange process. The correct product will be shipped after the verification is completed.
