No Refund Policy

Beautefly follows a strict no refund policy for all orders once they are successfully placed and processed.

Due to the nature of beauty and personal care products, refunds are not provided for change of mind, incorrect orders, or personal preferences.

Refund in Case of Stock Unavailability

In rare situations where a product you ordered becomes out of stock after the order is placed, Beautefly will issue a full refund for that item.

The refund will be processed through the same payment method used during the purchase.

Refund Processing Time

Once the refund is approved due to stock unavailability, it will be processed within 5–7 business days. The time it takes for the amount to reflect in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed and processed.
